You Can't Fix Stupid - They were right all along!

You can't fix stupid and God don't like ugly - whoever came up with these two phrases needs to be labeled a genius.
You see the first time I heard someone say these phrases, I laughed hard. Its funny! and also a quick way to shut someone down and go on with your life.
A few years in, I started to feel irked in my spirit every time someone said that, It made me feel sad, like "your level of stupid can't be fixed so I'm giving up on you".
But lately, I started to get a revelation around the truth in these statements.
Its true! you can't fix stupid. and guess what? neither can I!
But I know someone who can, he is the only one I can guarantee who will be there when stupid has led you to rock bottom.
He is the only one who has the ability to fix stupid.
You know who you are and I can freely use the word stupid, because I've been there many times.
Jesus is the only one who has cared enough to stick with me in those moments when I've shut the world out and the loneliness is threatening to crush me.
Jesus is the only one who has pointed out my wrongs without judging me and set me back on the right path with no strings attached.
